Sweet Talkin' Woman was issued on 22nd September 1978 as 7” single with the first 250,000 copies issued in clear lilac vinyl and in a picture sleeve.

Then on 21st October 1978 the 12” single was issued as a limited edition in clear lilac vinyl, it is thought that 10,000 copies were pressed and issued.
