Issued on the Yellow/Blue Sky Jet Records Tower label. It came in a picture sleeve or a Jet Records company sleeve, or a plain white sleeve.

There are also a number of different solid centre pressings/mouldings, as shown and as below the yellow line.

Wild West Hero was released with in a version with additional CBS credits on the label and a version with less CBS credits on the label.

 

Plus with a large "A" and without the large "A". on side A.

​

Stated on the A side label is "Out of The Blue" with the new CBS issue Cat No of JETDP400, rather than UAR 100.

​

The B side states "Eldorado" with the new CBS issue Cat No of JETLP 203.

​

The "A" label is very common to find, in fact it seems harder to find a copy 

without the "A" !
